Honeycomb is an old fashioned confection made of sugar & glucose and aerated with bicarbonate of soda.
Did you know that Honeycomb is also known as Cinder Toffee (in Britain), Puff Candy (in Scotland), Hokey Pokey (in New Zealand) and Sea Foam (in the United States and Canada).
Of course, we make our Honeycomb in our kitchen in a great big confectionery pot. Once cooled, we shatter the Honeycomb into manageable sized-pieces and pack it fast so it stays fresh and crunchy!
NOTE: Once honeycomb pack has been opened, if it’s not all eaten it should be resealed to prevent it becoming soggy.
